The Hire Side of the business specialises in the supply of marquees from the Premium Commercial range manufactured by Mini Marquees at our factory in Nottinghamshire.

We operate a limited number of localised Hire operators from here but are always looking to expand the Network and our coverage throughout the UK and a current indication of available areas can be viewed on Nationwide Hire Locations and enquiries to become partners in the available areas can be instigated via our Join The Network Page

Have you ever staged any of these events and thought that you needed extra space?

We have an extensive range of sizes (a selection of listed below) which can be linked together to create larger units.  The standard colours available are Cream with Racing Green trim, but we also carry significant stock in All White, Fuchsia Pink and Black that may be more suitable to specific events (Weddings, Girls nights and wakes).  We offer an extensive and expanding range of items to compliment the Marquee.  Tables,  Chairs, Carpeting, Lighting, Heating, Dance -Floors etc.

We are also pleased to add themed variations to our marquees in 2018 replicating Country Pubs, Kids Parties, Night Club Bar events etc.

The manufacturing side of the business began with the custom building of units  for company use and businesss use for a huge variety of uses, and consequently, are familiar with exacting demands  and requirements for corporate use.

We are able to offer a range of customisation options for your Mini Marquee Hire unit thus enabling you to add  your corporate identity to what would usually be an unbranded Marquee.

  • Printed advertising panels can be attached to the Valance of the Marquee.
  • Printed backdrops can be fastened onto any of the sides or back sheets.
  • Printed table covers can be made to suit either our or your own tables.

Managed Services

Alongside the Corporate Hire services that we offer, we are also able to provide a managed service for marquees owned by the customer.  Each proposal is dealt with individually but it offers the provisions of branded corporate marquees owned by the user company but with the logistical, storage and servicing being handled by ourselves.

How does it work?
You purchase the Marquee fabric, in your choice of colours, along with any printing you require. This all gets stored by Mini Marquees.

You provide a list of the events at which the unit is needed, The Marquee Hire Network hire you the Marquee Framework and accessories, deliver the unit to the show on build up day, assembles the stand, then after the show, dismantles the stand, brings it back to our storage unit.

Once back at base the entire unit gets cleaned and checked for any damage, then stored away until the next show.

No Hassle – Your staff can turn up on site on the 1st morning of the show / event and start work straight away, No stand building, tidying etc. Simply arrive and focus on the job in hand. As the show finishes the staff can simply leave the stand when our team is due onsite to collect.
