Domestic Marquee Hire

We have been providing domestic Mini Marquee / Gazebo hire throughout the Midlands and the rest of the UK for over 10 years. Our marquees are perfect for weddings, garden parties, private events and are available for hire all year round. At Mini Marquee Hire, we understand that planning a large event can prove a daunting task…

With this in mind, we aim to make hiring a marquee as easy and as stress free as possible. Simply call us with your requirements and we’ll handle everything from your initial enquiry right through to the delivery, assembly, dismantling and collection. All you have to do is enjoy yourself!

Corporate Marquee Hire

If you need a marquee / Gazebo for your corporate function or event, we will meet your needs at a highly competitive rate. Our corporate marquees offer some of the best quality on the market and can be tailored to your unique requirements. We also offer a range of customisation options for your marquee unit, enabling you to apply your own corporate identity to what would usually be an unbranded marquee. Customisable options include:

  • Printed advertising panels attached to the valance of the marquee.
  • Printed backdrops fastened onto any of the sides or back sheets.
  • Printed table covers can be made to suit either our or your own tables.

Mini Marquees Manufacturing

Ideal for event planners, restaurants, hotels, bars and other members of the hospitality sector, we offer marquees for sale across the whole of the UK. Designed and built to your own specification, our marquees for sale are perfect for customers requiring a more permanent agreement. All marquees are manufactured inhouse at our factory in Nottingham and can be built, supplied and erected within a short turnaround time. We are proud to be the only company in the UK offering this service.

Managed Services

To complement our marquee sales, we offer a “managed service” to customers that have already purchased their marquee from us. Each proposal is dealt with individually, but it essentially allows the customer to use their own marquee whilst relying on our company to provide the storage, logistics, erection, dismantling and servicing etc.

How Does It Work?

You purchase your marquee from us, along with any printing / customisation you require. You then provide a list of the events at which the unit is needed, along with any necessary power, lighting, furniture requirements etc.

We then deliver the unit to the show before assembling it and getting everything ready.

After the show, we will dismantle the marquee, returning it to our storage unit.

Once back at our base, the entire unit gets cleaned and checked for any damage, then stored away until the next show.

No Health & Safety Issues: Using our fully trained expert staff eliminates any of your additional staff training requirements whilst removing risks associated with manual handing and lifting heavy objects and specialist equipment.

No Hassle: Your staff can turn up on site the first morning of the show / event and start work straight away, no stand building, tidying etc. Simply arrive and focus on the job in hand. As the show finishes the staff can simply leave the stand when our team is due onsite to collect.
